Last Updated: January 1, 2026  |  Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the owner and operator of DOXLAYER (https://doxlayer.blogspot.com/) ("we," "us," "our," or the "Website"). By accessing, browsing, or using DOXLAYER and its tools, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of DOXLAYER.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DOXLAYER in any manner — including but not limited to browsing, using any tool, submitting content, or clicking any link — you acknowledge that you are at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using DOXLAYER on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organization.

2. Description of Services

DOXLAYER provides a collection of browser-based tools designed for developers, designers, content creators, and digital professionals. Tools include but are not limited to file converters, image processors, code validators, text utilities, SEO analyzers, and productivity aids.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any tool or feature at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of any tool on DOXLAYER.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use DOXLAYER and its tools only for lawful, ethical, and legitimate purposes. You shall NOT:

  • Use any DOXLAYER tool to process files, data, or content that you do not have the legal right to access, modify, or distribute.
  • Use any tool for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of DOXLAYER, its servers, databases, or any connected systems.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, interact with, or extract data from DOXLAYER without our express written consent.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on DOXLAYER's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any tool or software on DOXLAYER.
  • Redistribute, resell, repackage, or commercially exploit any DOXLAYER tool or its outputs without prior written authorization.

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use DOXLAYER to distribute spam, phishing content, malware, or any other harmful material.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including legal action — against anyone who violates these provisions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on DOXLAYER, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, source code, design elements, and the overall look and feel of the website, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use DOXLAYER and its tools for personal and legitimate professional purposes. This license does not include:

5. User Content & File Processing

Most tools on DOXLAYER process files entirely within your browser using client-side technology. Your files are not uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted through our servers. We have no access to, control over, or responsibility for the files you process using our tools.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You retain full ownership of and responsibility for all files and data you process using DOXLAYER tools.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process, modify, convert, or transform any file or data you submit to our tools.
  • DOXLAYER does not claim any ownership, license, or rights over your files or data.
  • We strongly recommend maintaining backups of original files before using any tool that modifies content.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unintended changes resulting from tool usage.

For any tool that may require server-side processing (if applicable), explicit notice will be provided, and such processing will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

DOXLAYER may integrate with, link to, or display content from third-party services, including but not limited to advertising networks (e.g., Google AdSense), analytics providers, content delivery networks, and external libraries. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you engage with through DOXLAYER.

7. Advertising

DOXLAYER may display third-party advertisements. By using this website, you acknowledge and consent to the display of advertisements, which may be personalized based on your browsing behavior, cookies, and other tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not endorse any advertised product or service. Any transactions between you and advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your interaction with any advertisement on DOXLAYER.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DOXLAYER and all tools, content, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and completeness.

We do not warrant that:

  • DOXLAYER will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Tool outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected.
  • DOXLAYER is free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
  • The results obtained from using DOXLAYER will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DOXLAYER, its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, contributors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or inability to use DOXLAYER or its tools.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
  • Any content, tool output, or result obtained from DOXLAYER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DOXLAYER, its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, contributors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of DOXLAYER or its tools.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights.

11. DMCA & Copyright Policy

DOXLAYER respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws, we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that content on DOXLAYER infringes your copyright, please provide us with a written notice containing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on DOXLAYER (URL).
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Send DMCA notices to: [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice — DOXLAYER."

We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the infringing material. Repeat infringers may have their access to DOXLAYER permanently terminated.

12. Privacy

Your use of DOXLAYER is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using DOXLAYER, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to DOXLAYER or any part thereof, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use DOXLAYER will immediately cease.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — shall survive.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of DOXLAYER shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless prohibited by local law.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of DOXLAYER and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We may, but are not obligated to, provide notice of significant changes through DOXLAYER or via email.

Your continued use of DOXLAYER after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using DOXLAYER immediately.
